We are close to capacity…we are going to determine what age groups need a team or two to fill out the brackets and fill as needed…we cannot say THANK YOU enough times for all of you that participate each year…we will send an email when we have determined what teams we need and we will start a standby list ….just in case a team or two cannot participate

ON SIDELINES OR IN THE EMERGENCY LANES…THE EMERGENCY LANES MUST BE KEPT CLEAR AT ALL TIMES DURING THE EVENT…ALSO PLEASE LEAVE A LANE BY THE LIFEGUARD TOWERS FOR THEIR VEHICLES
June Tournament: 7-8, 2025
You may have 18 players on a team for u-10 and older….14 players for u8 and u9 teams and if you split into two teams each team can only have a maximum of 10 players on each team …note a player may only play on one team in the tournament…and split teams are optional …you do not have to split your team
WHAT TO BRING TO CHECK IN…
1) Arrive 1 1/2 hours before your first game
2) Bring… the waiver roster form sign by every parent of a player participating in the tournament
3) Bring…Your players cards for every player participating in the tournament…yes, you can make a players card…but it must be laminated
4) Wrist bands will be given to you a check in…no wrist band…no participating
5) Players do not need to come to check in

Don’t forget to pick up your OFFICIAL GEAR at the Tournament Headquarters while supplies last. Hurry! They’ll go quickly!
We are using 2024-2025 birth year player cards.
At check-in you will need: printed roster, players cards, medical release forms, and/or a complete (2 page) waiver/roster form (found on the REGISTRATION page of this website) and travel papers (if necessary).

Any adult can check the team in!
To begin, click the Register button. You will create a user name and password that will allow you to access your application at anytime prior to the tournament.
The referees will make the final decision if the games should be delayed or played.
Again this year, we have purchased an additional insurance policy to make sure all "build your own teams" are properly covered.
Please NOTE: U8 (2017 birth year) will have to play as "build your own teams", and parents will need to sign our Waiver/Roster Form(link is below the registration), but you may use your Cal South player cards for ID.
** Splitting teams is optional. If you choose to split your team they must be TWO separate rosters. . . with a maximum of 10 players on each roster. . . and a player can only play on ONE team. If only one of the split teams wins, only THAT team will receive the Champions Awards.
If you are entering more than one team for the same coach please notify us at schedulerhbss@gmail.com so we can do our best to accommodate your needs. But please try and get an asst. coach to cover any conflicts.
